Workshops
At My Studio
I run workshops from home on a regular basis. If you would like to be included on the mailing list for updates and schedules please email me.
Location: Hawthorn House, Spaldington, Howden, DN14 7NJ
Time: 10am to 2.30pm
Cost: £70 (includes a light lunch)
Suitable for all levels of experience, including complete beginners or more seasoned artists wanting to try something new.
Each workshop will include:-
• Short demonstrations as required to show the techniques involved in working with a palette knife
• Provision of easels, back-up acrylic paints (please also bring a selection of your own), cleaning rags and a range of knives
• Lunch included (please let me know of any dietary requirements) plus unlimited tea/coffee/biscuits
You will need to bring your own canvases (if possible, two of medium/large size, at least 2ft along one side as a guide); a flat palette (tear-off type is best) and your own choice of subject/photograph to paint - anything you like, but it has to inspire you!!
